Hello Kitty Cafe! App Reviews

The game was ok until when grandpa walked into the cafe, then the other characters get lock up and constantly hump the tables. You cant get out of the glitch unless you save and quit.

I miss the version where you could convert the money into kitty coins. the kitty coins are too hard to earn

Once I was play this game and Purin was going crazy and would not stop serving this one guy and I had to turn my iphone off then back on.PLEASE FIX

Sanrio Digital Europe shouldnt make games on EVERY touch you have to pay just to play a single game.

Ever since the update the game hasnt been fun to play at all. . .

Like other reviewers have said, there are just took many glitches in this game. I contacted customer support, answered their questions, and sent screenshots but they couldnt do anything. Glitches include: 1. Diners get "stuck" and wont leave 2. Workers get stuck too and wont leave the customers table 3. Days wont end unless you close the app 4. Hello Kittys grampa arrives and everyone leaves without paying 5. The "faster walking" update does nothing

It is so fun and I love playing it. I would really like to get the frog and make an in app purchase but I cant stand all the glitching. I use an IPhone 6s. The servers will freeze and keep serving one or 2 customers. I have to restart the app just to go on. Also a full day is sometimes just one customer! Seems weird. It didnt start until day 120 something. When the male kitty with glasses comes in all the customers leave until I am done serving him, then they slowly come back again. Not sure whats going on there.?? Also theres a Jem calculator add that fills up the whole screen so big you cant see the "x" after each level so you have to click on it then close it down and navigate back to the game.

This game is good! But I dont actually know cause I cant play it. The title looks like a fun game but I cant play I cause if I just tap the game it will just show a black screen what?!

Loved when I started this game. Never knew the old one so dont know if Im missing something better. Highest level is 9 and I reached it in no time. Needs higher levels. After a certain point of upgrading all the tables, chairs, cash register and certain characters with money. Everything asks for kitty points. So there seems no point in earning any money. Game glitches when grandpa kitty walks in. People leave and dont pay and when they do come back in waiters and customers get stuck at tables. You have to save game and reopen to stop it. Missing just three waiters and will probably stop playing, except for an occasional game, after I get them. It was fun while it lasted. Now its just meh.

Can yall add back hello kitty beauty salon back or make it available in the United States

Well I play this game a lot but I am not always satisfied. More then once almost half my customers left. Out the door. Either if they were eating or not. Twice my server, KiKi, would serve the customer and not stop. The round would not end till he was done so I had to start all over. So disappointed!

Too many customers coming in at once so I can get to them all quick enough before they get angry and then I try to put them at a table and it does work half of the time (I have an iPhone 6 Plus so I know its not my phone) to upgrade my characters my only options are to play a ridiculous amount of time or spend real money...too difficult and Ill be deleting this now.

Bring back the old version

This "update" is garbage I loved the ORIGINAL game not this stupid version way to ruin the game BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL GAME!!!!

It freezes up when the kitty comes in. Not enough money to buy the people. Goes up on levels really quickly. Need more tokens or more K to buy the people

I had written a bad review over the hideous changes and came to see it and it was CHANGED!!!! I know I am one of MANY consumers who spent time, money and effort to make our "Kitty World" our own, only to have it ALL wiped out!! I e-mailed customer service and was told to get proof of my charges and I would be taken care of...went to the trouble of getting that info after some run around and then when I got it was told I would be reimbursed coins. COINS? For a game that isnt even the same? You have got to be kidding me!!!! The entire game is different and they flat out refused to reimburse my money!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME!

Love the game... the only issue Im having is the freezing while playing. Sometimes my characters get frozen while Im playing and I cant stop it so customers walk out . Please fix I also feel as though we should be able to earn K coins in different ways considering the expense of the characters . Its hard to get 400Ks
