I was obsessed with this game about a year ago and just re-downloaded it and I HATE IT its sooooo boring and almost too easy to even enjoy

I just recently re downloaded this game after not playing it for about a year, although the game gets harder as you progress it is extremely difficult to get hearts to upgrade and buy characters (2 hearts per game) and any extra you win in the spin challenge. Not to mention as I progress my characters freeze and I have to save and quit. Would be much better if the quality was good, but still fun to play.

Its really hard and causes a lot of stress.

I had this app. Got charged for something I didnt use ( or give permission for) so I deleted the app. Would really like a refund on this. I have the care bear app and have no problems only get charged for what I ordered but with this one I dont know whats going on!!!

This game is so hard to get the coins with the hearts in them and the helpers cost to much and I dont have enough coins and I dont have fun it is to stressful for that reason and I doubt people will pay money to buy the coins or the money in the game but please fix the heart coins and make them easier to collect / win in the spin thingie

Absolutely hate the newest update. It takes way too long to earn heart points. The daily rewards are a joke. Please bring back the 18 heart point daily reward. Also desperately need to fix the glitch with the male VIP customer, at times when he comes in and forces all other customers out any characters that were working are stuck forcing you to save and quit. There also needs to be more levels. Its pretty ridiculous that it stops at nine. More things need to be available for purchase with regular coins, after having everything upgraded theres no use for coins. They just keep collecting.

I love this game! So much fun :) the only thing I would change is how you have to watch videos to get tokens but the videos are only 30 seconds so its not to bad but other then that the game is one of the best games ever! I highly recommend it!

I love this app and find it a lot of fun. Test your virtual server skills and see what it takes to satisfy customers. Its fair turn-about for those of us never been in the service industry. ;-)

Very cute game except frustrating at how difficult it is because the server takes forever. Unfortunately, almost everything good needs to be purchased with real money. Other than that, fun game!
